Reading tarot is about asking the right questions, we all know what we want to hear, need to hear, or simply refuse to hear. We must be willing to listen and dig deep within ourselves to truly understand what our cards are trying to tell us. As you perform your reading keep in mind, how each card may relate to the situation/context given. Does it represent someone or something to you? Does it resonate and bring forth any sort of emotion? You must be open to exploring and learning and accepting of what is to come/be.
Each card represents a different aspect of life:
The first card represents our recent past, whether it be something that just happened or what you are currently experiencing.
The second card is the current influence or actual situation at the moment.
The third card lets us know what's to come, or what will be of the future.
The fourth card can be thought of as what our Spiritual Guides believe to be the best decision and/or their advice with your best interest in mind.
The fifth and final card represents just that the end, or outcome of the situation at hand. These conclusions to such things, can always be changed and if unavoidable, it can give insight on how to best handle the situation.
Remember these cards are meant to intertwine and provide helpful and perceptive advice. Things are not set in stone and cannot be unless you actively do things to manifest situations you rather not experience. We must take things with a grain of salt, we must reflect, meditate and apply the readings to our situation after much given thought, also sometimes tarot is just fun and wrong, so let it be.
